Often these days we tend to think that one person can't change things what with the same political parties always getting elected, Rupert Murdoch controlling a large proportion of the media people watch etc.
Then I was writing an update on TripAdvisor (great site by the way) and I thought actually I am right now changing things and making a difference - granted only to where someone might stay.
I know that other people have changed my actions due to their reviews not just of hotels but digital cameras, TVs amd DVD players to name but a few.
My thought then was if we can make these changes to peoples lives just with reviews on simple things what can we do if we expand that to deeper subjects and utlimately we need to accept that if we think we can't make a difference then we are actually choosing not to make a difference
